FULL BIOMr. Swigart is the CEO and a Founding Principal of Xtellus Capital Partners. Mr. Swigart is also the Founding Principal of Steep Rock Capital and Steep Rock Ventures, through which he has extensive experience investing in private equity and venture capital both in the US and internationally.
Previously, Mr. Swigart was the CEO of the US operations of VTB Capital. He also held several investment banking and portfolio management roles in Moscow, London, New York and Mexico City. Mr. Swigart serves on the Board of Directors of a number of private companies, including Eccentex Corp, Bulzi Media, OnSpot Data, and Mara Social Media. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Prescient Co.
Mr. Swigart graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University with certificates in Russia Studies and Latin American Studies.
